Peer-to-Peer Commercial Emails are emails that are sent from one company to another such as from a sales rep to the CEO, regarding a special promotion that the sales rep has to offer. This is commonly ignored as commercial or solicitation email, however it is still governed by the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) and may be considered SPAM.

If you do not provide the recipient an easy way to opt-out, you are in violation of CAN-SPAM. How we help:
* Optizmo has an Opt-Out in the footer of all outgoing emails
* The Advertiser can block outgoing emails to surpressed addresses
* If the recipient Opts-Out the sender is notified
