In a single glance, know the access criteria you granted your Mailers. See whether or not your list has been downloaded, accessed, or cleansed.

View which format you have authorized your Mailer such as MD5 or Plain Text.

Control Access

Be in control of how Mailers access your suppression lists. You can allow Mailers to access a plain text or MD5 version of your list. OR you can require list cleansing/scrubbing so that you and your Mailers can simply download a clean, ready to send email list!

Add Restrictions

Restrict your Mailer’s access by assigning them an expiry date or by limiting the number of times a Mailer can download and access your suppression lists.

The Mailer automatically loses access once these restrictions are met.

Keep a Journal

Our Mailer log monitors and tracks all Mailer activity within the system so you will be able to isolate any incidents, violations, etc. Keep everyone honest by reviewing the logs to see how your Mailers are interacting with your campaigns and suppression lists.
